We’re going to find out just how cool is the Birth of the Cool exhibit at the Oakland Museum of California (1000 Oak St. @ 10th St.). Tickets are $8/person, $5 for students (with ID). Afterward, we’ll convene at Stu Rentz’s pad in the neighborhood (1130 3rd Avenue, Oakland, CA 94606) for a post-exhibit Top Dog BBQ ($6/person for 2 top dogs & tasty beverages). Join us for either or both parts of the outing. These gatherings are for professionals and students who want to explore the Bay Area and connect with people at Christ Church community.
